Bar and Event Team Member

The North West Events Team of the year, Heaton House Events, is looking for amazing hospitality members to join its team. At Heaton House Events, we want to provide a great experience for our guests and we can’t achieve this without brilliant people working for us.

About You:
You should be passionate about providing a great customer experience for our clients and their guests. You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and will be a great communicator. You will be of smart appearance and pay great attention to detail. You will enjoy working as part of a team and also as part of a team.

About the Job:
You will welcome our clients and their guests in a polite and friendly manner. You will provide a full bar service. You may have a good knowledge of bar and wine menus but don’t worry as you will be trained in this. Cleanliness is of paramount importance to us, so you will ensure tidiness of your work area while operating a clean as you go policy. You will handle cash and card payments and you will observe licencing laws. You may assist other departments when necessary.

A variety of shifts are available but in line with the event industry, shifts will include weekends and late nights. You will need a car as we aren’t on the bus route!

Housekeeping and Venue Team Member

The award winning team at Heaton House Events Limited requires part time housekeeping and venue staff to join its successful expanding team. You will assist with the cleanliness of public areas and bedrooms to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Job Role
• Cleaning all areas to a high standard
• Ensuring the bedrooms cleanliness and presentation meet the highest standards
• Carrying our lost property procedures
• Reporting any maintenance issues as they arise
• Being environmentally aware
• Disposal of waste accordingly
• Managing guests requests
• Assisting other departments wherever necessary

Candidate Requirements
• You may have experience within the housekeeping and venue preparation area
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Hands on approach
• Good communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results
• Must be able to work individually and as part of a team

Due to the nature of this role, weekend work and early starts will be required.
